I wanted to share the music i’ve been listening to, just because! hehe.
No, some people say you can tell a person by the music he listens to…I’m not quite sure if thats true because I listen to a load of genres in one day…but anyhow! These are the songs that make me actually go, “ahh, Kando shichyata”.

I have come to realize that the way I blog is really not fun for anyone except for myself…and even then it’s a bit of a pain. SO! I was wondering (again) how I could better this blog.
Do we really like it for its randomness? Or the silly picture that Nina likes to call ‘photography’? Maybe for the sometimes peek into Nina’s day, or maybe for the mental pukage that is Nina’s writting?
Don’t be shy guys! Let me know how to make the blog better, because I’m really kind of bored with it. HA! weird. bored of my own blog.
.
Okay! So what I did today, I got up at 6:30 sharp, read some XD stuff, took some notes (of which I am very happy about) and listened to the good old Family Japanese music-It’s pretty cool that no matter the language its sung in, the spirit is still the same.
I did some FaceBook browsing (guilty as charged!!), cleaned the kitchen and it looks so nice now! haha! Not quite so much cluttered where it’s visible, just don’t look in the cracks and shadowy places hehe.
I then made lunch,Chinese style! fried noodles with vegtable and chicken topping, all very oily of course. I think it was okay…
Biked around, got on Skype again, then back out for jogging/biking/running up stairs! I’m looking forward to sleeping. Today has a special snack story! haha, Mom got all angry at me for my ‘too much sugar!!’ hehe!!
Okay, Dad is going to show me how to do computer stuff! See ya later!

Oh yeah,
I was supposed to post this because it was promised.
It wont be up for long though, it feels too….exposing?
.

I am 18
Eighteen years, of fireworks and remembering all the things I should’ve done.
Seventeen years, of ignorance and joy, and running through the typhoon season.
Sixteen years, of homesickness and coffee, and staying up way too late.
Fifteen years, of colorful leaves and warm hands, and shouting at the top of my lungs.
Fourteen years, of travel and anger, and eating ice-cream on rainy nights.
Thirteen years, of goodbyes and long walks, and gardens hidden from the sun.
Twelve years, of years of climbing trees and remembering dreams, and walking back home from school
Eleven years, of reading and wrestling, and feeling so grown up.
Ten years, of birthdays and hairclips and stealing the ball but not shooting the hoop.
Nine years, of pantries and secret codes and eating enough tablets to make you sick.
Eight years, of dancing and swimming, and sending seashells as a belated gift.
Seven years, of hospitals and casts and doing the boogie over lego pieces.
Six years, of petting zoos and lost hair bands, and wearing make-up for the first time.
Five years, of blocked memories and long drives, and watching Lion King.
Four years, of camping and long hikes and the promises you remember for a long time.
Three years, of helping mommy and lost dolls and traveling in a big blue bus.
Two years, of long hallways and forgetting names.
One years, of no memories at all.

Hi! I’m back!
Like the title says, new skin and fresh starts!
FDTP has brought serious change into my life, and it’s all been for the better for me.
Now I have goals some of which are : better penmanship (that’s been a necessary for a long while now) learning auslan (Australian Sign language) be better at guitar, write one song, and know my Bible!
Now I have a better perspective of the Family.
Now I have inspiration to get up every morning.
Now I am seeing the results of my prayers (seriously! It’s so cool!)
There are quite a few stories on the awesomeness that was FDTP, but I don’t think I’ll go into them, just for the fact that it wouldn’t sound right to me because it detracts from the real-life (heehee!), and also because for some ‘good’ stories, you have to be there to enjoy them.
But if a picture speaks a thousand words, then here are a few.

except for the fact that since I’ll be going to FDTP I wont be posting anything till the next month.
Cheerios!

Yeah they come in parts because There are TONS of pictures, and it wouldn’t fit in one post.
Part 1 of Summer Vacation was Sherry and Boo-san coming over! It was really fun, Thanks you guys for coming over and having our vacation with us.
GOOD TIMES!
One of the things we did was go on a walk plus camera! It was camera wars all the way there and back, and Sher was caught in the middle since she had non

I feel good, got L.A Writing 2 and Social Studies done and away with! Now I am genius…:P!
It was at 9:00 in the morning, so with that on my mind, I proceeded to wake up in hourly intervals during the night. Extra brilliant.
so I get on the train, and it was a good thing it was the right one, and I stood the entire way there, thanks to the good Japanese way of folding the seats up.
the tests were actually really easy….either that or I’m really sure of my machijai ways, hehe. They now have a new finger print tester, all high tech, and the lady had to call me back because she forgot to test my prints on my way out.
Now I have a slight headache, and after lunch at Jess and Rumi’s (thanks for everything guys!) its back home to do all of the stuff I put off for so long. Including laundry, make-up, printing photos, and English Teaching!
After that I biked to Hashimoto to learn Japanese…
.
.
.
that was the driest post in history.

I have a headache.

Busy busy times!
(ranting down below)
Trying to schedule a GED Test really reeeeally got to me today. By the time everything was finished, I was literally shaking with anger. The whole thing, even the people there, are so ‘user un-friendly’ I wanted to send a big fat hate-mail just to let it out. So we-mom and I- tried to schedule a Social Studies and Language Arts 2 Writing, and the idiot on the other end of the line scheduled only one- not two- test. Such a baka, because now I have to travel twice to Yokohama when, if everything had worked out properly, two would’ve been done for the price-train fare wise- of one. GED in Japan, is totally not good.
(End of rantings)
Today was a lunar eclipse! but we totally missed it because its now rainy season here in Japan. The last time I saw a lunar eclipse, or an eclipse of any sort was in Machida, and after it was done, mom gave us all a good scare when she told the story of the girl getting blind because she watched a solar eclipse with the naked eye. (that has to be my longest sentence in a long time!probably a run-on! Xp)
I realized I haven’t posted any of my writings in a super long time! So as not to break tradition, I must post something after saying the above.
.
.
So long.
I’ve had you for a while now, so it’ll be weird not seeing you when I open the door. I wonder how long it’ll take for me to get used to you being absent. Maybe, like a phantom limb-I think that was the word they used- you’ll send twinges of pain every time I confirm your gone.
Farewell
I hope you’ll be happy wherever you go. Have a safe trip and don’t bother to send me messages, they’ll only get stuck in the static and I won’t wonder if you’ve lost my address, or just moved on.
I’ll even say goodbye.
I won’t cry because you won’t, and I hate those mushy moments. So here are your things- that should be everything – And don’t look back.
.
.
HEH! Another picture-less post. I know, some people have been hinting….ehemELehemELehem! But sorry! My camera has been shy of late.

I don’t have much time to write this since I need to be leaving the house for a show with dad, so it’s a quicky.
I’ve only taken two GED tests. I tried to take one yesterday- Friday- but since they were really into keeping the law, I couldn’t take it. I had to wake up so early for it and everything!Such a waste of time.
For those interested, I’m now learning a girls Japanese dance. The way they have to do their feet….I think I match guys dance style better :p.
The make-up school is progressing. I’ve finished #0. which means that once I send it in, I’ll be able to send in test #1. Progress!!
Jobs in the area aren’t too good…I’ll have to look around a little bit, but i’m not worried. I’ll have a job before this month is out.
Ijyo desu.
